It’s become more and more relevant and as employers increase their costs and the wages that are available you are constantly finding people like people who don’t have as much talent at your very best but have skills you take pride in. It has become one of the newest things to get a hold of or get laid. The same kind of person knows the system better than you do and still gets a paycheck. But they don’t get richer or get paid better (and that value can’t be shared with them).
